Pistons |
The pistons for air spearguns D.11 e D.13 are assembled with care
to ensure concentricity between stainless steel tail and the derlin body.
The tail made of stainless steel AISI 316 is machined from solid with
few hundredths of mm tolerance; it's very smooth, to ensure
great fluidity during its use.
We've created cutting-edge pistons with black derlin body
machined from solid, ith hollow relief placed between the OR,
paying particular attention to the surface finishing and trying to improve
the usage characteristics, scrolling fluidity and trigger release.
They are beautiful and sturdy with the turning of the OR place deeper than the others, allowing less friction.
The biody made of
black derlin is shorter than usual to have greater lightness and therefore more speed.
The OR are superior quality, made in Germany withhigh quality EPDM compound for a longer life.

Needle Kit |
Kit dal Easy assembly kit, has to be equipped on a speargun without compressed air; built entirely in AISI 316 with polished and rounded
needle for a highest levels sensitivity.
It increases fluidity and reduces the trigger weight without shortening the stroke of the trigger
itself, much to the advantage of high safety with maximum results.
Recommended in combination with our release tooth polished to have
the highest level fluidity in firing.

Release tooth |
The release tooth HUNT is built in AISI 316 and it's completely polished;
it allows to have great fluidity both in arming and in firing.
We provide the tooth with a little raised part, column shaped, in the rear side, which is used to plaxe the spring.
The spring is not provided with the tooth: you need to use the original one of your oleo-pneumatic speargun.
AWe made this decision because we found out thet what reduces the trigger weight upon firing is the lower friction value
(compared with the original ones, sometimes not in stainless steel, oxidized and worn) both on release tooth, which acts on the piston,
and on release tooth area which works on the needle of the trigger.
The spring and the geometry of the tooth release are the standard equipment ones
for safety and reliability with the maximum result you can reach
with this kind of modification.
Install a weaker spring than standard equipment can also decrease the safety threshold
, because a stronger spring helps to hold the tooth hooked on the piston; so in our opinion secondo
is the quality of the materials and the polishing surfaces that improve the firing and no design changes.
There are two available models: one for speargun Mares type and the other for Cressi type.
