| SHAFTS FOR OLEO-PNEUMATIC SPEARGUNS |
|
The shafts for ole-pneumatic spearguns are very hydrodynamic, well finished, built with top level materials, rigid and versatile.
They are made in 17.4 PH rebored, by 17.4 PH bars certificated by steelwork; straight and smooth.
They are also C.N.C. machined.

| The new welding method of the barbs on the shaft allows:
|
- not to have any distorsion of the joles of the barbs under load pressure (no overturning)
- maximum hydrodynamics
- perfect fish penetration
- the usage of very strong pins, hard for riveting, but excellent for welding with this new process
- maximum grasp of the welding on the barb
- supplied as standard on all Hunt shafts mono unless other requests

The tahitian shaft 'naked' has a very smooth surface that allows the vacuum header gasket to have a very long life, much to the advantage of the reliability of your gun,
and also to improve the sealing characteristics of the gasket.
The bridge just below the fins allows to have a secure attachment of the monofilament on the shaft that guarantees a perfect duration in time.
For traditionalists the Huntc 'naked' shaft can be supplied also with d.2mm hole with no corners, positioned just below the fins.
In the final part of the shaft is realized, by turning, the tang, also polished, for a perfect insertion and removal on your speargun piston.
The shaft is available in diameters of 6.5, 7, 7.25, 7.5, 8.
The engaged fin is supplied, on request, in the double - mono under - mono above configurations.

The tahitian shaft with screwed tang has a very smooth surface that allows the vacuum header gasket to have a very long life, much to the advantage of the reliability of your gun,
and also to improve the sealing characteristics of the gasket.
As a special feature, besides the quality of finishings, the product processing and the top quality of the materials, it has also a particular thread dm 6 in the final part of shaft with a sharp termination that is useful to keep the tang perfectly straight and coaxial to the shaft itself.
As a matter of fact, when the tang is screwed on the shaft, the point at end of the thread is centered on the bottom of the threaded tang having it perfectly alligned with the shaft itself, much to the benefit of precision.
Can be satisfying with also oleo-pneumatic spearguns without vacuum header.
It's not supplied with slide ring and the tang.
The shaft is available in diameters of 6.5, 7, 7.25, 7.5, 8.
